Chocoholics,

We all know what a Ferrero Rocher ball tastes like, but to see it in a chocolate bar form was exciting. I was looking forward to see what this slab of Ferrero was going to be like. Here's what I thought.

The packaging was really nice and the chocolate wasn't just your average chocolate bar. The chocolate bar was formed in a mould that had the most gorgeous raised ball like shape. Definitely trying to show this originated from the chocolate and hazelnut ball. The bar looked rich and the chocolate tasted just like the ball. It had lots of chopped hazelnuts inside along with the smooth, creamy chocolate filling. The only thing that was missing was the wafer that you get in the Ferrero Rocher ball. That would have added a bit more texture.

Overall I'm impressed that they managed to get the flavour of the ball into a chocolate bar. It was loaded with chopped hazelnuts and I love the chocolate and hazelnut taste. I think if the bar had a layer of wafer underneath, this would have made the chocolate even more enjoyable. My only complaint is that the bar needs to be bigger too. 90g isn't a lot for me... or maybe I'm just a pig! Haha!!
