🍉 Two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to go on a trip with my colleagues to Pattaya. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the restaurant "Moom Aroi," which is well-known for its fresh seafood and impressive atmosphere.🍉

🍎 Upon arriving at "Moom Aroi," the first thing that caught my eye was the restaurant's ambiance, with its stunning sea view and an ancient boat in the water, which I believe is definitely the highlight of the place. The restaurant is designed to be open and airy, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea breeze. The staff’s warm and friendly welcome made everyone in the group feel comfortable and left a lasting impression.🍎

The dishes we ordered were quite varied, including crab curry, sour curry with fish roe, crab omelette, deep-fried sea bass with fish sauce, and stir-fried cabbage with oyster sauce. Every dish served was fresh and full of rich flavors. The seafood here is genuinely fresh and of high quality, which is what makes this restaurant so well-known and popular.
 

• During the meal, we had lively conversations, and the restaurant’s atmosphere helped create a relaxed environment, making our gathering with colleagues full of laughter and joy. It was a moment that made me realize just how important work and relationships with colleagues are.

• The flavors of the dishes at "Moom Aroi" are exceptional and truly memorable. Every dish we ordered was meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in rich and well-balanced flavors.

• The crab curry was intensely flavorful, with the aromatic curry powder perfectly complementing the natural sweetness of the fresh crab meat. The roe in the sour curry was tender, offering a well-rounded balance of spicy and tangy flavors. The crab omelette was fluffy and packed with savory crab meat, combining a delightful sweetness and richness.

• The deep-fried sea bass with fish sauce had a crispy exterior and tender inside, with the sweet and salty fish sauce enhancing the fish’s texture. The stir-fried cabbage with oyster sauce was equally delicious, with the soft, sweet cabbage coated in a savory oyster sauce that brought the dish together.

Each dish not only tasted delicious but also reflected the care and attention given to the cooking and selection of the finest ingredients. This meal left a lasting impression and is something I won’t soon forget.
 

 

 

 
🍒 Actually, we ordered so many dishes that it's impossible to describe them all. However, each dish we ordered was outstanding in both flavor and presentation. The fresh seafood here was meticulously prepared, making every bite full of delicious, well-balanced flavors. From crab, shrimp, and fish to beautifully plated vegetables, everyone in our group was impressed by the quality and taste of the food. This meal left a lasting impression and is something we will be talking about for a long time 🍒
