Estos adornos y decoraciones tienen su historia, yo no tenía muchos, o no se veían porque la casa es grande y lo poquito que compraba no se notaba. Luego una tía me regalo su árbol de navidad porque ya no quería usarlo junto con todos sus adornos, solo tuve que comprar las luces. Los niños prácticamente solos armaron el árbol, los ayudé con las luces y luego ellos decoraron como quisieron y así se quedó. Simplemente por eso lo amo. Y posteriormente una querida amiga que se mudo a otra ciudad me regaló todas sus pertenencias navideñas entre las que están esto que ven aquí y todos los manteles navideños que ahora hay por la casa. Las figuras de nuestro nacimiento también son de la fecha de mis primeros años de casada, al menos las figuras mas relevantes las he podido conservar, este año los niños y yo armamos nuestro "pesebre". Uno de los adornos que había comprado por mi parte son los cascanueces que atesoro con mucho cariño porque me parecen muy tiernos. Y este nacimiento con una técnica muy especial y delicada me lo regaló mi madrina cuando a penas tenía un año de casada, ella mandó a hacer uno igual para cada núcleo familiar de la gran familia que somos. Esta Sagrada Familia no la guardo en todo el año, siempre está acompañándonos. Lástima que ya se acaba la navidad y no tengo unos que me inspiren de igual forma para usarlos el resto del año. Aprovecho para contarles que mi decoración de navidad se quedará puesta hasta el mes de febrero. Será hasta que pase mi cumpleaños que es el 27 de enero cuando comience a retirar los adornos para guardarlos. Recuerden que coloqué todo muy tarde, al menos para lo que estamos acostumbrados en casa, les informo por si no lo saben, que los maracuchos acostumbramos a adornar de navidad mas tardar para la fecha de la feria de la Chinita. Así que como quiero disfrutar bastante de la decoración de la navidad en casa y seguir viendo a mis reyes magos, me apegaré a quienes tienen la costumbre en mi país de quitar la navidad para la fecha de La Candelaria que se celebra en febrero. ¿Y tu? ¿ya quitaste la navidad de tu casa?, o ¿para cuando planeas hacerlo?
