Greetings my dear readers. Welcome to a new anecdote through my blog, where coffee is the main protagonist.

I always find it very gratifying to visit this community and embrace each of the experiences that are shared here, I like to know the coffee shops that you visit and the great diversity of coffee that you have been able to taste.

In my case I have not had this great virtue of being able to try many types of coffee, but for a few weeks now I have been provoking myself to experiment with an iced coffee, since here there are strong heat waves after noon, so today like every day after lunch while I was preparing my cup of coffee as I usually do, I said to myself dare to innovate.

I remembered that a few days ago someone shared a recipe and I did not see it very complicated, so I said to myself you should try it, the worst that can happen is that it does not turn out well. I took my instant coffee (Colcafé), added 3 tablespoons of it in a container, along with 3 tablespoons of sugar, I also added 2 tablespoons of vanilla and about 100ml of boiling water and I began to beat it continuously until I generated a homogeneously viscous and frothy mixture.

Previously I had the glasses with pieces of ice ready and a pitcher with a portion of frothy milk, waiting to be mixed with the coffee and finally get my iced drink to cool the strong heat that was felt in the environment.

I repeated this procedure on 3 occasions to be able to taste our iced coffee with some delicious cookies that we had in the pantry together with my family, my children were very attentive to the preparation of this drink and almost did not even let me take pictures of sharing when they wanted to try them, because the smell of coffee and vanilla together was impregnated throughout my home and this had us all very expectant for its taste.

Needless to say that this drink is incredibly delicious and refreshing, so I already have a new recipe to include in my daily routine for these hot days and how to experiment with coffee in my home.

However, in the face of this adversity I must confess that I take advantage of every occasion to make my encounters with coffee a unique and incomparable experience, and even more so when I share it with people that I love like my family.

HOY ME ATREVI A PREPARAR UN CAFÉ HELADO EN CASA // PARA UNA TARDE CALUROSA [ENG-ESP]

Saludos mis estimados lectores. Bienvenidos a una nueva anécdota a través de mi blog, donde el café es el principal protagonista.

Siempre me resulta muy gratificante visitar esta comunidad y abrazar cada una de las experiencias que aquí se comparten, me gusta conocer las cafeterías que visitan y la gran diversidad de café que han logrado degustar.

En mi caso no he tenido esta gran virtud de poder probar muchos tipos de café, pero desde hace unas semanas para acá me había estado provocando el experimentar con una café helado, ya que aquí están haciendo unas fuertes olas de calor después de mediodía, por lo que hoy como todos los días después de almuerzo mientras me disponía a preparar mi taza de café como comúnmente lo hago, me dije atrévete a innovar.

Recordé que hace unos días alguien compartió una receta y no la vi muy complicada, por lo que me dije debes intentarlo, lo peor que puede pasar es que no te salga bien. Tome mi café instantáneo (Colcafé) agregue 3 cucharadas de este en un recipiente, acompañadas de 3 cucharadas de azúcar, también le adicione 2 cucharadas de vainilla y como 100ml de agua hirviendo y me dispuse a batirlo continuamente hasta generar una mezcla homogéneamente viscosa y espumosa.

Previamente a ello tenia los vasos con trozos de hielo listos y una jarra con una porción de leche espumosa, esperando ser mezclada con el café y finalmente obtener mi bebida helada para refrescar el fuerte calor que se sentía en el ambiente.

Este procedimiento lo repetí en 3 ocasión para poder degustar nuestro café helado con unas ricas galletas que teníamos en la despensa en unión de mi núcleo familiar, mis hijos estaban muy atentos de la elaboración de esta bebida y casi que ni me dejaban tomar las fotos del compartir cuando querían probarlos, pues el olor del café y vainilla juntos estaba impregnado por todo mi hogar y esto nos tenía a todos muy expectantes por su sabor.

Demás esta resaltarles que esta bebida es increíblemente deliciosa y refrescante, por lo que ya tengo una nueva receta que incluir en mi quehacer diario para estos días de calor y de cómo experimentar con el café en mi hogar.

Sin embargo, ante esta adversidad debo confesar que aprovecho cada ocasión para hacer de mis encuentros con el café una experiencia única e inigualable y más aún cuando lo comparto con personas que amo como mi familia.
