**Sadly, a few days ago my phone went black. I took it to a technician, and knowing that I am still in Caracas, they have not been able to operate. They sent me for another set of tests and to lose some weight, since due to the general anesthesia and being my second operation, I must lose at least 6 kg by hospital protocol. I have decided to stay in Caracas to wait for the operation, changing my diet and also walking for more than an hour. I have had many medical studies, as I have already told you in my previous story. In this opportunity I want to tell you that a few days ago I was forced to change my phone, since my previous cell phone went black. It was more than 5 years old, but I did not see the need to change it. It seemed to me that if it worked, I should not make that expense, but the phone collapsed and the screen went black. I went to the Sambil in Chacao, took advantage of my daughter lending me a cell phone, took some pictures and enjoyed the scenery, the avenues and the highway. That way I tried to calm my nerves a little. When we managed to turn on the cell phone, I had lost a lot of information, including many emails and the password. I didn't really know what happened. I lost a lot of applications and the mail to get my passports and documents. About five days went by in which I felt a bit overwhelmed by the situation. I had not slept well, as I had reached a high percentage of stress. You already knew me, we had already interacted through the application, which made me feel like we had made some family bonds. I could sit down and tell you what I was going through, the situation we were living in Caracas, my husband and my baby in Margarita Island. But sadly, many things were lost and I decided, on the phone number my daughter gave me, to open another account and start from scratch. I know I have your support, I know I have your support and above all your friendship.**

*Tristemente, hace unos días mi teléfono se puso negro. Lo llevé a un técnico, y sabiendo que todavía sigo en Caracas, no me han podido operar. Me mandaron a realizar otra cantidad de exámenes y a bajar un poco de peso, ya que por la anestesia general y siendo mi segunda operación, debo bajar por lo menos 6 kg por protocolo del hospital. He decidido quedarme en Caracas para esperar la operación, cambiando mi alimentación y también haciendo caminatas de más de una hora. Me han hecho muchos estudios médicos, como ya les he contado en mi anterior cuento. En esta oportunidad quiero hablarles de que hace unos días me vi en la obligación de cambiar de teléfono, ya que mi anterior celular quedó en negro. Tenía más de 5 años, pero yo no veía la necesidad de cambiarlo. Me parecía que si funcionaba, no debía hacer ese gasto, pero el teléfono colapsó y la pantalla se puso en negro. Me dirigí al Sambil de Chacao, aproveché que mi hija me prestó un celular, tomé algunas fotos y me deleité en los paisajes, las avenidas y la autopista. Así trataba de bajar un poco los nervios que tenía. Cuando logramos prender el celular, había perdido mucha información, incluyendo muchos correos electrónicos y la clave. Realmente no supe qué pasó. Perdí muchas aplicaciones y el correo para sacar mis pasaportes y documentos. Pasaron como cinco días en los cuales me sentía un poco abrumada por la situación. No había dormido bien, ya que había alcanzado un porcentaje elevado de estrés. Ya ustedes me conocían, ya habíamos interactuado a través de la aplicación, lo cual me hacía sentir que habíamos hecho unos lazos familiares. Podía sentarme a contarles lo que estaba viviendo, la situación que estábamos viviendo en Caracas, mi esposo y mi bebé en la isla de Margarita. Pero tristemente, muchas cosas se perdieron y decidí, en el teléfono que me dio mi hija, abrir otra cuenta y empezar de cero. Sé que cuento con su apoyo, sé que cuento con su respaldo y sobre todo con su amistad.*

**Since I lost the ECENCY. key in the other email, I was unable to download the app and log in on this phone. I had to leave it open on the damaged phone. When the technician revived the phone, this application was not lost. So I decided to send my husband the phone, we deleted a little bit of stuff that was left so he could start posting through the user @elefante.azul7. Notice that I put a user name for myself @elefante.azul2, since I decided to start from scratch. If it's my turn, it's my turn, no problem with that. I learned from this dilemma that I have to keep my passwords well saved in several places and that I have to activate my anchor account, which I didn't know anything about. But it is never too late to learn. Having resolved this situation and a little more calm and content, I am enjoying the moment, the learning and above all trying to turn the negative circumstances into positive ones.**

*En vista de que perdí la clave de ECENCY. en el otro correo, no pude descargar la aplicación e iniciar sesión en este teléfono. La tuve que dejar abierta en el celular dañado. Cuando el técnico revivió el teléfono, esta aplicación no se perdió. Entonces he decidido mandarle a mi esposo el celular, borramos un poco de cosas que quedaron para que él pudiera empezar a publicar a través del usuario @elefante.azul7. Fíjense que puse nombre de usuario para mí @elefante.azul2, ya que decidí empezar de cero. Si me toca, me toca, no hay problema con eso. Aprendí de este dilema que mis claves tengo que tenerlas bien guardadas en varios lugares y que tengo que activar mi cuenta anclas, que por desconocimiento no sabía nada de eso. Pero nunca es tarde para aprender. Resuelta esta situación y un poco más tranquila y conforme, estoy disfrutando el momento, el aprendizaje y sobre todo tratando de convertir las circunstancias negativas en positivas.*
