This week I started with 5 k in a time of 30:16, my pace was somewhat varied, since I started my first kilometer 4:39 and it is a new personal best and then I went slower in the other kilometers, it is really not a good idea to start fast because you get very tired and do not perform in the other kilometers.

Está semana comencé con 5 k en un tiempo de 30:16, mi ritmo fue un tanto variado, ya que empecé mi primer kilómetro 4:39 y es una nueva marca personal y ya después fui más despacio en los otros kilómetros, de verdad que no es buena idea empezar rápido ya que te cansas mucho y no rindes en los demás kilómetros

This second day of training, I only proposed to run three kilometers, but I had no desire, it was not fatigue, it was myself imposing myself to jog, and I want to know if it has ever happened to you, and believe me I spent an hour thinking about whether to run or not to run, it was a total challenge, until I didn't stop to think about it anymore and I started to warm up, and then I started jogging at once, in the first kilometer I wanted to stop, but, I said to myself, if we are already here, let's do another kilometer, the second one was the same, although I admit that I did it in a very good time, 16: 20 Pace of 5:25/ km

Este segundo día de entrenamiento, solo me propuse a correr tres kilómetros, pero no tenía nada de ganas, no era fatiga, era yo mismo imponiendo me a trotar, y quiero saber si alguna vez te ha pasado, y créanme que estuve una hora pensado en si correr o no correr, fue un desafío total, hasta que ya no me detuve a pensarlo más y empecé a calentar, y luego empecé a trotar de una vez, en el primer kilómetro quería detenerme, pero, me dije, si ya estamos aquí, vamos a hacer otro kilómetro mas, el segundo fue lo mismo, aunque admito que los hice en un tiempo muy bueno, 16:20 ‎Ritmo de 5:25/ km

Although I just did two races this past week, I did exercise, such as squats and calf extensions, were two productive races for my body and my mind, as it also clears me and somehow gives me peace, is something I enjoy a lot, every week I want to overcome more, and nothing more I will achieve it striving every week and giving my hundred percent, it should be noted that this week and even now, I feel very nervous because soon I will participate in a 10k race, is something that I do not control but I can overcome, thank you very much for reading my post.

Aunque apenas hice dos carreras está semana que paso, hice ejercicio, como: sentadillas y extensiones de gemelos, fueron dos carreras productivas para mí cuerpo y mi mente, ya que también me despeja y de cierta manera me da paz, es algo que disfruto mucho, cada semana me quiero superar mas, y nada mas lo lograre esforzando todas las semanas y dando mi cien por cien, cabe destacar que esa semana que paso e incluso ahora, me siento muy nervioso ya que pronto participare en una carrera de 10k, es algo que no controlo pero puedo superar, muchas gracias por leer mi post.‎
