_¡Feliz domingo! Nada como pasar este día en casa descansando y lo mejor disfrutando de una rica comida, por esta razón para hoy les traigo una receta que estoy segura de que les va a encantar, se trata de unas ricas y crocantes croquetas o albóndigas de garbanzos al estilo falafel, ahora, el falafel es una comida tradicional de Oriente Medio y se prepara con ingredientes específicos como tahini (pasta de sésamo) que aunque no lo crean le da ese toque característico de ese tipo de comidas, y ya que yo no contaba con este ingrediente tan importante decidí hacerlas versión croquetas pero inspiradas en el falafel, quedan muy deliciosas y es ideal para acompañar cualquier tipo de comida, así que aquí les dejo mi versión, sin más, ¡a cocinar!_

🧆 200 gr de garbanzos. 🧆 3 Dientes de ajo. 🧆 3 Hojas de culantro. 🧆 1 Cucharada de salsa de soya. 🧆 3 Cucharadas de harina de trigo. 🧆 ½ Cucharada de sal. 🧆 Aceite para freír.

🧆 200 grams of chickpeas. 🧆 3 garlic cloves. 🧆 3 Coriander leaves. 🧆 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 🧆 3 tablespoons of wheat flour. 🧆 ½ tablespoon of salt. 🧆 oil for frying

🧆 **PASO 1.** _Lo primero es seleccionar y lavar los granos a utilizar, una vez hecho esto los colocamos en un bowl con suficiente agua para cubrirlos por completo y llevamos al refrigerador por unas horas, preferiblemente de un día para el otro, luego de unas horas los garbanzos habrán aumentado su tamaño, colamos el agua, enjuagamos y escurrimos bien, seguidamente los introducimos en la licuadora y licuamos a máxima velocidad hasta triturar todos los granos por completo._
