Happy Sunday hive fam. Today was the naming ceremony mass and celebration of my baby cousin and it was a huge bliss.

We started the whole preparation the previous day by cooking different delicacies for almost a hundred guests. We made Bitterleaf soup, Egusi soup, Jollof rice, salad, Assorted beef, Nkwobi and fried proteins.
It was a stressful process and I could tell because I was up preparing and cleaning the ingredients needed to cook from 2pm till 4am with little to no break interval.

Afterwards, the next day being today we went for the child dedication at the parish and it was lovely. We danced to the alter as one big family, offered our gifts and received blessings in return.

As soon as the mass was over, we lingered around the church greeting more friends and family, took a few pictures and off to the main event - The after party.
Sadly I was unable to take pictures because I was so busy with serving guests but it was a massive all you can eat success!
