Sushi Mura
Party A
Amazing!
I want to start this with saying that I had ordered this through Door Dash, which was glitching when I tried to order, and bounced between saying it would be 22min, to 97min! At the time I ordred it said 22min, but then gave me a ready time 90 min away. So when I arrived to get my food, they thought it was scheduled for later, and nothing was ready. Not at all the fault of Sushi Mura, yet they immeditaly began making my order when they realized what happened, and my food was ready extremely fast! I was very impressed how they handled this!Despite their rush when I showed up early, everything was well packaged, and nothing was missing. The presentation was amazing, and all the sushi held together perfectly.
Looks so good, doesn't it!
Salmon Roll:
Simple, yet so good! Could be because I don't live this close to the coast, but this were the best tasting salmon rolls I've ever had.
California Rolls:
Obviously a very popular roll, but they still managed to stand out here. Prefect crab to mayo ratio, and the crab tasted very fresh.
Spicy Tuna:
I'm not normally a person who orders spicy food, but I still enjoyed this roll. It had just a hint of sweetness, and enough flavour to keep me eating despite my dislike for most things spicy.
Alaska Roll:
One of my favorite sushi rolls I had had. The combo of the avacado, and fresh salmon, just melts in your mouth. I found myself eating a lot more than my shares worth of this roll!
BC Roll:
At first my friend I was eating with, thought this was some kind of veggie roll, and that the slamon skin was cabbage. Honestly would have been the best veggie roll I had ever had, but later realized it was the skin that gave it that great flavour. The veggies in this also kept it tasting fresh, and light despite the size of this roll.
Dynamite Roll:
Don't think I've seen one before with 2 shrimp stuffed in there, so that was awesome! Shrimp was fresh tasting, and perfectly fried. Veggies and avacado paired perfectly with the shrimp, and made me wish I had more. Conclusion:Sushi Mura really impressed me, and I will most definetly be coming back! They seem to really care about the quality of the food, the presentation, as well as great customer service. If you're visiting Vancouver, this is a must go place for great sushi!
