Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular pancit variation. Pancit Malabon Guisado is a dish originated in a place called Malabon. It resembles the usual ingredients and toppings that you can find in Pancit Palabok but in this version, it contains thicker noodles. Chicken, Pork, Shrimp, Fish Flakes, Squid, Oysters, and Mussels usually serve as the protein for this dish along with hard-boiled eggs and several seasonings and spices.
