Cooking & Serving Tips

Crispier Skin: For extra crispy potato skins, rub them with oil and salt before baking and bake directly on the oven rack.

Steak Doneness: Adjust steak cooking time based on your preferred doneness—medium-rare (130-135°F) or well-done (160°F+).

Spice Level: Add extra Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce for a spicy kick.

Toppings: Elevate the dish with crispy bacon bits, green onions, or a dollop of sour cream.

Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes to maintain texture.
