Last November 21, Straykat turned 7!

HIVEppy BIRTHDAY!!! 🎂

Despite being busy that day due to some cake orders, I also made a cake to celebrate Straykat's Hive Birthday. That's why I was so tired because I didn't only make cake orders. Haha.

7 years didn't feel that long (or maybe because I took a hiatus), for sure the wait for the 10th year wouldn't feel so far as well.

Hive has been a blessing for all of us, from the crypto rewards to having a space to blog (away from the prying eyes of some relatives lol), showcase art, play games, learn more about crypto, etc. Most people would probably think crypto is just about digital coins but in Hive we got communities. Hive opened me to the lives and interests of people in different areas of the world.

Through Hive, I get to share the foods I make and get suggestions like adding bokchoy to tofu. I tried it along with beef and string beans. It was good! I also get to learn other recipes that I would love to try someday. And through Hive I learned that 'sago' is also called 'sago' in Malaysia. Simple stuff and discoveries which make me love this blockchain.

I also remember few years ago, I was able to immediately purchase a second monitor when my laptop's screen gave up. Thanks, Hive! With the upcoming bull run for sure everyone has plans for the coins they have been saving. I plan to take some to help fund some of my goals.

Thanks and cheers to everyone on Hive! May this blockchain and its communities thrive for the years and decades to come. Above is a sneak peek on how I decorated the jelly cake. Anyone who sees how I make it think it's easy but it actually takes a lot of practice to have confidence injecting into the agar and even make it look easy.
