We all want a fit body. But keeping the body fit is not a easy task. Naturally our body tends to be unfit.
Before the covid, I was 58 kg. I used to not doing any hard stuffs regularly. I attended my college regularly. Always I went to college walking and returned also by foot. So there was no extra fat in my body. But in COVID period my weight boomed drastically. I checked my weight it was 75. It was asumed.
 
Then I determined to reduce my weight . At first I tried to do some home work out. I used to set 1 hour a day to do free exercise. Unfortunately I never fulfill it. I continued it for two month but I noticed no change , no progress.

Then I joined gym.I took three month subscription . My friend suggested me a video of diet plan and some suggestions how to make body fit . That diet plan was awesome and so effective.

I followed the plan for three month .Though I couldn't do it perfectly. Someday I couldn't attend gym, someday couldn't strict myself from eating the spicy food and fast food like burger, pizza . However after 3 months I got the result. My joy knows no bound .I couldn't believe myself that I do that.
 
Then the hell happened. I was happy about the change and then I again started lavishly eating and not doing any exercise. Then after somedays my weight increased 5 kg .I realized I have to do exercise regularly otherwise fitness is not possible. From then I am doing exercise regularly. Atleast 20 minutes I keep the time for exercise.

If you want some suggestions that I learnt here it is


Daily fitness hack


• Don't sit in one place for a long time in the office or at home. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, get up for a while, take a short walk and do some exercises while sitting in a chair.

• Use stairs instead of elevators.

• Get off the rickshaw a short distance before the destination and walk the rest of the way.

• Try to keep yourself active.


Eat a balanced diet


• Do not take excessive amount of carbohydrate foods like rice, bread, potatoes.

• Consume fiber rich food i.e. vegetables and fruits daily. Depending on age and gender, 1.5 to 2 cups of fruits and 2 to 2.5 cups of vegetables should be consumed daily to meet fiber needs. Consuming grains will reduce your tendency to over-appetite, relieve constipation.Along with that, harmful cholesterol will be removed from the body. As a result, both belly fat and body weight will decrease. In addition, the various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained in vegetables and fruits help the body to prevent diseases, as well as build resistance against free radicals. So, consume a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables every day.

• Avoid fast food, sweet food, oily food as much as possible

• Instead of carbonated beverages like Pepsi, Coke, Seven Up, you can eat canned water or fresh fruit juice without sugar.

• You can cook with olive oil, sunflower oil or sesame oil sometimes without using soybean oil in cooking.

• Drink proper amount of water. Drinking the right amount of water helps in weight loss.
