WHY DID CHELSEA FC DISTANT THEMSELVES FROM JULES KOUNDE'S DEAL?

If you check and follow up Jules Kounde transfer saga,you will think and agree with me that Jules Kounde deal to chelsea fc looked more likely to happen than Saul Niguez's deal. At first, everything looked sure and certain.

Everybody was thinking Kurt Zouma's departure will crave way for Jules Kounde's arrival. Agreed! Kurt Zouma signed for west ham united,then everybody was expecting Jules Kounde's deal to happen not until when there's twist in personal term that have already agreed between Chelsea fc and The player in question. Has I have read, chelsea went with initial bid of €43m which was I think all agreed but after Zouma was sold,there was twist that Sevilla wanted €80m based on his release clause.

According to the press conference held by the Sevilla Sporting director,he explained that after their €80m stamp on Jules Kounde chelsea fc never responded. What could make chelsea fc to make a turn ,could it be that there's a twist in trust or something? Do they think Kounde is not needed anymore? Or maybe they wanted to give the young Chalobah a chance for this season.
Though presently, chelsea fc still have some defenders at the moment....

Chelsea fc may well think that they could manage these defenders for this season. Chelsea fc may still show Interest come next summer.
