THE THINGS I DO TO STAY FIT👌

Fitness is for everyone; both men, children, and women of all ages. There was a time I do think that keeping fit is only meant for the obese 😂, but that was totally wrong! To stay healthy, we have to keep fit. Health and fitness go hand in hand, when you say that someone is healthy and fit, it means the person can function well both physically and mentally.

In as much as it's very important for us to keep fit at all times,I feel we must not engage in strenuous activity to keep fit. There are little exercises (such as skipping, jumping, dancing, brisk walking, etc.) that will help us burn some calories and still keep our body fit. The most important thing is to be regular in this exercise.

To me, fitness starts with consuming healthy food. Nutritious food is rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, etc, and can also be classified as a balanced diet. when you strive to eat a balanced diet, your body systems will even function more effectively and it also helps to stay fit rather than consuming junk and gaining unnecessary weight. I also consider my time while eating, late eating and too much eating are not too healthy. All these measures help me to keep fit👌

I stopped jogging after my third cesarean section. I find it so unease and always feel pains within 5 minutes. So it has been walking a long distance for me, especially in the evening. I am not too regular on this part but at least twice a week, a take a long walk to stretch my bones and muscles and feel more relaxed.

This is like a fun activity in my home, especially on weekends. Skipping is an exercise but I engage in this with my kids as a way of having fun and keeping fit at the same time. We also include indoor football ⚽ to the exercise and burn a lot of calories in the process.

In conclusion, fitness is vital for healthy living. When you are fit, you will carry out your daily activities effectively and efficiently. You will also be less prone to some illnesses. So let's strive to always keep fit to stay healthy👍.
