Since I am the one who's in charge in our kitchen.I will share to you guys how I cook Monggo(mung beans). When I'm having trouble choosing what to cook for our dinner, I immediately think of monggo(mung beans), where monggo is not that expensive and you can save money because it is enough to feed your family . So for our dinner, I will cook monggo(mung beans) with Alugabti (Malabar Spinach)and malunggay (Moringa Oliefer) vegetables to maintain the healthyness in our body. So join me as I cook our dinner.

Ingredients

Onion
Garlic
Monggo (mung beans)
Alugbati
Malunggay
Meat
Oil

For Seasoning

Salt
Magic sarap

Once the beans are out of their package, all you have to do is wash them and make sure to get the floating dried Monggo.Once you are done place it in a pan and wait a few minutes for the monggo to soften. While waiting for the Monggo to soften cut all the ingredient's into small and proceed to cut the meat and of course I didn't forget to ready the malunggay(Malabar Spinach and alugbati (Moringa Oliefer). I add Malunggay and alugbati since it is a big contribution to support our immune system and it is good for our body specially to our health.

(Malabar spinach)

Once it softened, I took it and put in a bowl and I washed the pan before I start cooking the meat.First I put a little oil on the pan and waited for it to heat up before I put the meat. I just seared it until it turned red. Then I took it and put it on a clean plate.

After boiling, I washed the alugbati and immediately put it in the pot and immediately followed the malunggay.

TIPS

Monggo is more delicious if you add chicharon and dried fish or fried fish.

Then, I immediately seasoned it, first I added moderate salt and then I added magic sarap and boiled it again. Then my cooked Monggo with alugbati and malunggay was finished. You can also add Knor Cubes in seasoning.
