Very good evening hive friends I hope you are very well.
Today I had to take my mother in law and my brother in law to make a deligencia and my wife @chironga67 also had to go out to accompany my eldest daughter, the thing is that I got home late and my wife had not arrived and then I said that I do eat and I remembered that I had in the fridge a little sauce that I had left from the pizza I made on Wednesday and then I said I know what to do and I prepared some spaghetti with sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
250 grams of long pasta
Sauce already prepared
Oil
Butter
Chopped oregano
100 grams of grated cheese
100 grams of chicken bologna.
 

 

I started by putting a pot of water and a little salt on the stove, when the water was hot I added the pasta and let it cook, I strained the water and added a little butter
 

 

 

Then I put a pan on the stove with a little oil, cut the bologna in small pieces and fry it in the pan, then I add my sauce already prepared and let it cook for about five minutes over low heat.
 

 

 
Then I put the spaghetti on a plate and add the sauce already heated, then I add the grated cheese and ready I have my spaghetti with sauce and cheese, it was delicious.
At that moment when everything was ready my wife arrived and the first thing she said was that it smells good, it smells like pizza, I told her it is not pizza, it is pasta, but it is as good as a pizza.
This was a meal that didn't take twenty minutes to prepare.
My wife made a cold lemonade to complete the lunch.

Muy buenas noches amigos de hive espero se encuentren muy bien.
Hoy tuve que llevar a mi suegra Y mi cuñado a hacer una deligencia y mi esposita @chironga67 también tuvo que salir a acompañar a mi hija mayor, el caso es que llegue a casa tarde y mi esposa no había llegado y entonces dije que hago de comer y me acordé que tenía en la nevera un poco de salsa que me había quedado de la pizza que hice el miércoles y entonces dije ya se que hacer y prepare unos espaguetis con salsa.
INGREDIENTES:
250 gramos de pasta larga
Salsa ya preparada
Aceite
Mantequilla
Orégano picado
100 gramos de queso rallado
100 gramos de boloña de pollo.
 

 
Comense por poner en la candela una olla con agua y un poco de sal, cuando ya está caliente el agua le agrego la pasta y dejo que se cocine, le cuelo el agua y le agregó un.poco de mantequilla.
 

 

 

Luego coloco un sartén en la candela con un poco de aceite, corto la boloña en trozos pequeños y pongo a sofreir en la sarten, luego le agrego mi salsa ya preparada y la dejo cocinar unos cinco minutos a fuego lento.
 

 

 

 

 

Luego coloco el espaguetis en un plato y le agrego la salsa ya calentada, luego le agregó el queso rallado y listo ya tengo mi espaguetis con salsa y queso,descuento que quedó riquísima.
En ese momento que estaba ya estaba todo listo llegó mi esposa y lo primero que dijo fue huele rico huele a pizza yo le dije no es pizza es pasta pero esta tan rico como una pizza.
Esta fue una comida que no tarde ni veinte minutos en preparar.
Mi esposita hizo una limonada bien fria para completar el almuerzo
