"RED MOON" - Full Lunar Eclipse (15.05.2022)

Hello everybody here at #Liketu!....

The Moon seen during the complete lunar eclipse yesterday (15-May-2022) and perfectly visible from our location (Montalbán, Carabobo, Venezuela).

The picture is taken with a Nikon D7000 camera and an AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR lens.

I found the red colouring of the moon enchanting. This is due to the entrance of our satellite into the "penumbra" area generated by the shadow cast by our planet, as it comes between the Sun and the Moon.

I have seen these eclipses before, but it is always a pleasure to watch them again..... This is something you can't get enough of.
