How are you all. Hope all are you good. Today i,m going participants Sunday creative contest. Today i,m share a simple and easy recipe. It was easy to make. In Ramadan we all usually make it.It was make bye potato.This recipe name is
 Potato chop.Now i,m going to share the recipe of Potato chop.Hope all are you like it and try it at home Once .
 

Potato chop

 

 

Ingredients

1.Potato -2
2.Pea - flour- 1/2 cup
3.Ginger paste -1/2 tbsp
4.Garlic paste -1/2 tbsp
5.Onion paste -1/2 tbsp
6.Green chilli paste -1/2 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
8.Cumin powder -1/2 tbsp
9.Salt -1 tbsp
10.oil.
 

How to cooked potato chop

Step -1

First i,m going take 2 potato and boiled it.After boiled it i,m going to mashed it.And keep it in a bowl.
 

Step -2

Now i,m going to rake all spices in abowl.I will take 1/2 tbsp ginger paste,1/2 garlic paste and 1/2 green chilli paste.I,m going to mixed it with pea - flour batter.When you try to make any type of chop. That time remember one thing make properly batter.Then the recipe going to be taste. So i,m also care about to make pea - flour batter.
 

 

Step -3

I will take a bowl and give 1 cup of pea - flour. Then one by one give all ingredients to make pea - flour batter for that first i,m going to give 1/3 cup of water then i will give 1/2 garlic paste,ginger, onion and green chilli paste. Now mixed all ingredients with pea- flour. If you feel it was very strong not thin the give some water again.Also add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 cumin powder. Not i with stir it with spoon. I will make bason batter that mean pea - flour batter.
 

 

 

Step -4

I,m going take mashed potato and give some red chilli powder. Then also add 1/2 salt. Now mixed it and again mashed it properly .
 

 

Step -5

Now make Potato chop shape. It was easy take little mashed potato and round it. I will make many potato chop shape and keep it in a plate. It was very easy to make its shape so for me it was Very easy recipe.
 

 

Step -6

Now by drowning all potato shape into the pea - flour batter.
 

 

Step -7

I will take a pan in a stove and give some oil.The fry all Potato chop.
 

 

 

When it was turn into brown color.That mean potato chop was completely fried.
 

 

 

 

Decorations

Last thing is decorated the potato chop and how to serve it.First i will take a small size red plate and take some potato chop fry in the plate.And decorated it with some tree leaves and flower. I,m going to eat it with red chilli sauces. So i will decorated it with Potato chop fry decorations. Now it was prepare for serve.It was very easy and tasty recipe.
