Comida típica de Navidad [ENG-ESP]

Happy day friends! Here I show you a little of what I did this weekend. Last week I had some sales and I raised that money to make some typical food and make a combo and offer it to my clients. I know it was somewhat risky because I spent all the money I had to buy and make this food and especially to take the photo and upload it to Facebook and Instagram so that my clients see it and can buy.

Feliz día amigas! Aquí les muestro un poco de lo que hice este fin de semana. La semana pasada tuve unas ventas y reuni ese dinero para hacer algo de la comida típica y hacer un combo y ofrecerlo a mis clientes. Se que fue algo arriesgado pues gaste todo el dinero que tenia para comprar y hacer esta comida y en especial para tomar la foto y subirla a facebook e Instagram y así mis clientes la vean y puedan comprar

I'll tell you what we cook on the weekend. This combo has Hallacas, ham bread, cake, cupcakes, and papaya sweet.

Les contare lo que cocinamos el fin de semana. Este combo tiene hallacas, pan de jamón, torta, cupcakes y dulce de lechoza.

The expert in making Hallacas is my mom and the truth is that they are very delicious. She makes pork, beef, chicken, and vegetarian! My favorites are the vegetable ones.

La experta en hacer hallacas es mi mamá y la verdad que son muy deliciosas. Ella hace de cochino, carne de res, pollo y vegetarianas! Mis preferidas son las de vegetales.

Before, she made ham bread but since I studied I am the one in charge of making ham bread and I love doing it. The bread filling includes: bacon, smoked ham, olives and lots of raisins. I love ham bread.

Antes ella hacia el pan de jamón pero desde que yo estudie yo soy la que se encarga de hacer el pan de jamón y amo hacerlo. El relleno del pan lleva: tocineta, jamón ahumado, aceitunas y muchas uvas pasas. Yo amo el pan de jamón.

Cake and cupcakes is something I love to do. You will see all the images of Christmas cakes that I have saved that I want to make. I saw this model on Instagram and it seems to me that it is so beautiful.

La torta y los cupcakes es algo que amo hacer. Vieran todas las imagenes de tortas de navidad que tengo guardadas que quiero hacer. Este modelo lo vi en Instagram y me parece que es tan hermoso.

The papaya sweet is my mother's specialty. And it looks very good, I only know that it takes 16 hours on the fire to be ready but it is worth it.

El dulce de lechoza es especialidad de mi mamá. Y le queda muy bueno, solo se que tarda 16 horas en el fuego para estar listo pero vaya que vale la pena.

My biggest wish is to have good sales and to be able to raise some money. People who know me know that I love working and that I am always doing something to make money. Sometimes it is so difficult to live here since not everything goes as planned but still I do my best and try to think positive and have faith that everything will work out.

Mi mayor deseo es tener buenas ventas y poder reunir algo de dinero. Las personas que me conocen saben que amo trabajar y que siempre estoy haciendo algo para generar dinero. A veces es tan difícil vivir aquí ya que no todo sale como planeamos pero aun así doy lo mejor de mi y trato de pensar positivo y tener fe que todo saldrá bien.
