Yummy Strawberry loaf cake

I made this loaf cake back in the last week of March.

The fact that this cake is constructed completely of fresh strawberries sets it apart from the rest! I didn't use a single drop of artificial flavoring, and the flavor was incredible! I used a lot of fresh chopped strawberries in the batter and topped it with some sliced fresh strawberries for a little additional kick! The homemade strawberry jam was the icing on the cake. It was, without a doubt, mouthwatering!
