Celebrating Friendship 🫂❤️ (eng-esp)

Diana and I have been friends practically since we were born. It turns out that for as long as I can remember, she has always been there, and she is currently the only childhood friend with whom I maintain a healthy closeness. We even shared our whole school stage!
One thing I would never forgive myself for is forgetting her birthday. I am a very detailed person and I like, at least, to call to congratulate, although I consider that the best thing is to stop by your house and formally introduce myself. That's what happened on January 11th.
Diana had decided not to have a party to celebrate her 19th birthday, however, I decided that I wasn't going to care about that. As soon as I finished several pending tasks that I had at home, I got ready to make the visit.
At home, as usual, everyone welcomed me with great affection. Especially his grandmother, because they watched us grow up together. I was immediately very happy because until that moment I didn't know everything that I had missed that family. They soon offered me sweets (they know I'm a fan of desserts 😂) and Diana and I stayed talking and catching up.
He told me about his career, philology, and how good it feels to study the Spanish Language in depth. Inevitably, because of my penchant for writing, I find myself linked in one way or another with his career. Also, as I know about her artistic gifts but at the same time I know her insecurities, I took it upon myself to encourage her to follow her dreams of singing and writing, she is a very talented girl.
And even if she didn't want to celebrate her birthday, I take it for granted that, with my visit, we celebrate so many years of friendship again. Diana is a girl I adore and I hope she stays in my life.
I hope you liked this post. Until next time!
