El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa receta de como hacer unos deliciosos tostones venezolanos espero les guste.

Today I want to share with you this delicious recipe of how to make some delicious Venezuelan tostones, I hope you like it.

Bueno los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar para elaborarlos son:

Well the ingredients that we are going to need to elaborate them are

1.- plátanos
2.- aceite para freír
3.- queso de tu preferencia en mi caso yo utilice queso llanero
4.- salsa de tomate / opcional /
5.- aguacate /opcional /
6.- sal al gusto

1.- Bananas
2.- oil for frying
3.- cheese of your preference in my case I used queso llanero
4.- tomato sauce / optional /
5.- avocado /optional /
6.- salt to taste

Preparación:

Primero tomamos el plátano y le quitamos la concha luego lo picamos por la mitad.

First we take the banana and remove the shell, then we chop it in half.
 

 

Después cortamos en pequeñas tajadas y los colocamos en aceite caliente por un momento para sellar el plátano igualmente del otro lado.

Then we cut into small slices and place them in hot oil for a moment to seal the banana equally on the other side.

Luego colocamos los tostones en una tabla y los aplastamos de forma que queden planos y les colocamos sal.

Then we place the tostones on a board and crush them so that they are flat and place salt on them.

 
Luego los dejamos freír en aceite caliente por ambos lados y cuando obtengan un color dorado los sacamos.

Then we let them fry in hot oil on both sides and when they get a golden color we take them out.

Luego les colocas encima lo que tu prefieras en mi caso yo le coloque pollo es mechado en salsa con queso llanero salsa de tomate y aguacate.

Then you put on top what you prefer in my case I put chicken is larded in sauce with plain cheese tomato sauce and avocado.

Y listo ya tienes listos tus sabrosos tostones venezolanos para compartir con tu familia en cualquier hora del día.
