Wow!
Is indeed another great week when I went through the weekly prompt.
It inspired me a lot how the community is putting in her best to encourage, expecially the newbie like me.
The weekly prompt is more or less a guide
to help and encourage we the newbie on what to write. The ease the work to inable the newbie get along in less than no time, its also help to insure we don't go astray by violating the rules.
My gratitude to this amazing community.
How do you manage your anger?. what a coincidence with the previous prompt, the word “manage”
Wow indeed this community is amazing, they don't just groomed us here, also in the aspects of life.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR ANGER?
I love to set myself as an example base on my experience.
Talking about anger off-cause one can't do without it we're humans, we all have feelings, humans are hatred, they envy, we are jealous, and selfish.
But how will you control it?. That lead us to emotional intelligence.

Emotion is a feeling, passion and its distinctive thoughts, psychological and biological state to act. Emotion could be;
- Anger: hatred, annoyance and violence
- Sadness: sorrow, self-pity, loneliness * and depression
- Fear: anxiety, fright and phobia. I'm a snake phobia to be honest.
Emotion are enjoyment, love, surprise, disgust, shame and many more.
Temperament is not a destiny neither does anger. It can be controlled, anger is just for a moment I guess.
For instance; with trouble troubling round your head, how do you get rid of it?.
Some drinks to get drunk, at that moment the feel normal I guess problems disappear for a moment perhaps.
But I'm not encouraging alcohol, is just an instance.
Anger are part of humans whether you believe it or not. There are things that makes me angry, how do I get rid of them?. Perhaps by avoiding.
No one can see a pit of fire and jump in perhaps an insane person. You friends could ve very annoying, but will you be-friend them?. I leave us with this.
To manage my anger:
- I will reduce stress
- Manage my feelings
- Identify and lebel my feelings
- Try to understand the difference between feelings and actions
*Understanding the perspective of others - Understanding behavioural norms, what is and is not acceptable behaviour.
- A positive attitude towards life
- Self -awareness for instance, developing realistic expectations about oneself .
A lot of people today's got anger issues because the can't control it, and it became part of them. But is not permanent, you just need a solution to it. People given birth with shyness today became public speaker.
This great idea of anger management really inspired me a lot, my gratitude to this amazing community.
