In recent years there has been an increase in the integration of characters from different communities in audiovisual productions, such as LGBTI or Afroamericans, mainly; here I will expose a series of events that I think are good and a next post, others that not so much. I want to make clear that the above is my opinion and, of course, the debate is always welcome.
Inclusion is necessary: they are part of our lives, they are people who also have the right to live and fully enjoy their freedom (not to be confused with debauchery). It is something that small steps have been gained over time. Events like the pride parade are fine and today they really deserve it.
Great productions have come out due to this new way of seeing the world, as is the case of the famous Black Mirror series and its fourth episode of the third season: "San Junipero", which has had excellent reviews wherever it is seen or the presence of great personages like Morgan Freeman.
