It has happened to many of us that we are frequently in contact with the sun, and we see that our face is stained or tanned too much, in my case, in my first years of high school I was always walking to school, this made my face stained a lot and mixed with the acne of the time did not make me feel good about myself, It was then that after a little research I got a mask of cornstarch that had excellent properties that would help me fight with what tormented me so much, although of course, I had not tried it before, but nothing lost by doing so, right? So I started using it once or twice a week, at first I was a little skeptical considering that almost nothing worked for me, but it was more the need to have a clean complexion than my skepticism. I tried it and it really helped me a lot, I began to notice that the spots on my face caused by the sun and acne were finally disappearing!!!!
That way my face always stayed clean and nowadays it never fails me hehehe, but, what ingredients do we need to prepare this excellent mask? We will only need three easy ingredients that we all have at home, the first and most essential is cornstarch, in this case, only three tablespoons, this product has antiseptic properties that serve as a facial cleanser helping to reduce the oiliness of the skin, blackheads and annoying acne.

A muchos nos ha pasado que estamos frecuentemente en contacto con el sol, y vemos que nuestro rostro se mancha o se broncea demasiado, en mi caso, en mis primeros años de secundaria iba siempre caminando a mi colegio, esto hizo que mi rostro se manchara muchísimo y mezclado con el acné de la época no me hacía sentir nada bien conmigo mismo, fue ahí que después de investigar un poco conseguí una mascarilla de Maicena que tenía unas excelentes propiedades que me ayudarían a combatir con aquello que tanto me atormentaba, aunque claro, no la había probado antes, pero nada perdía con hacerlo, ¿cierto? Así fue como empecé a utilizarla una o dos veces por semana, al principio fui un poco escéptico teniendo en cuenta que casi nada me funcionaba, pero más era la necesidad de tener un cutis limpio que mi escepticismo. La probé y efectivamente me ayudó muchísimo, empecé a notar que las manchas de mi rostro causadas por el sol y el acné iban desapareciendo al fin!!!
De esa manera mi rostro se mantuvo siempre limpio y actualmente no me falla jamás jejeje, pero, ¿Qué ingredientes necesitamos para preparar esta excelente mascarilla? Solo necesitaremos de tres fáciles ingredientes que todos tenemos en casa, el primero de ellos y el más esencial es la maicena, en este caso, solo tres cucharadas, este producto tiene propiedades antisépticas que sirven como limpiador facial ayudando a disminuir la grasa del cutis, los puntos negros y el molesto acné.

The second ingredient is milk, which is known to be an excellent natural moisturizer helping to maintain a younger and more luminous face, it is perfect for sensitive skin as it has a great exfoliating power thanks to its levels of lactic acid which favors the elimination of dead cells.

Ahora rayaremos la papa y con la ayuda de un colador exprimimos el jugo que esta suelta, yo necesité de la ayuda de un tenedor para facilitar el proceso y así sacarle más jugo a la papa, este líquido es el que aporta las propiedades aclarantes como previamente mencioné.

Mezclaremos muy muy bien, no te preocupes si la mezcla no queda espesa ya que esta mascarilla suele ser algo líquida. Ahora la verteremos en un envase limpio con tapa para mantenerla siempre refrigerada.

Puedes aplicarla en tu rostro con la ayuda de una brochita o con tus dedos, debes dejarla actuar por alrededor de 20 minutos para luego retirarla con abundante agua. Como les conté anteriormente a mi me ayudó muchísimo para mantener mi cutis limpio y libre de manchas, algo que me gusta mucho de esta mascarilla es que también te deja la cara súper suave, es ideal para aquellos que buscan regular la molesta grasa facial.
