One weekend, just two weeks ago, i decided to bring my heavy landry to the self laundry street service. I collected some summer blankets, bedspreads and the colorful covers and brought them to the Southern TelAviv, Herzl street, which is known by these these street services due to the amounts of the students, artists foreigners and refugees living in this area and most of them constantly use these big laundry machines.
I choose one, perfectly maintained, clean and not expensive and had a few minutes to read the rules of using these. The process was fully automatic with the only one pause before the wash and dry processes. So i had some free time to walk around and of course to take some pictures :-)
The weekend was extremely hot, so sadly for me the street were too empty of people. As well, it was the morning, and the dwellers of this area are known by their love to wake up later at weekends - sure you remember your student life :-))))
The light of the morning sun was already very harsh and created these deep shadows. I love these light conditions, suitable for my street photography stile.
One can put his/her attention to my obsession to bicycles. Especially when these highlighted well and creation very sharp visible shadows adding another circles near additionally to ther natural circles - the wheels.
This area, as any other area (but somehow here its more visible) is full of the dog walkers. Almost everyone here is own a four-legged friend or two.
The car was dominant RED. But whatever I don't care about the colors for my black and white images.
This wall is about nothing and about everything :-))))
Don't ask me....
I finished this hour of joy with this kinda happy self portrait.
For these who are still love to hang a prints to their walls or to use a postcards to write one the back some beautiful word to their loved ones.
