Part 2 , running a cafe and bar is strenuous job, no one wants see the back door preparation. It's not like buying stocks beer, chill it, and serve it. It has tons of back work to be done. Similar with running a restaurant, the preparation has to be done at least one day earlier.

Enough said on the Hustle, but part 2 I would like to promote, and tell you about what we do differently than other Cafes and Bars around here in Sabah.

[BLOODY MARY, SKRUDRIVER, VODKA LIME Only @ RM15 per glass]

Well, if some of you decide to open a bar, this could be an idea jump start on how to be diffrent from others. You see, most of cafe's around these area serve in Tin/Can, where you will have a small 50ml glass along side with it.

In local language we called it set by set, it comes with 3 or 4 cans in 1 set, where ice will simmered together with beer can into a empty pail or bucket. Then, customer will DIY pour thier drinks into thier own glass.

In Chillout Cafe & Bar, we do it differently, customer order similar by set ( 1 set of 4 cans) but we serve you by COLD CHILLED ICE GLASS, and customer gets a coupon or ticket where servers will stamp after serving them. Once you finish your glass, we will serve again and again and again, the service is the difference.

Each and Every Glass Is Serve With Chilled Ice Glass, no matter what, the glass has been overnight chilled and some even has frosted ice sticking outside of the glass, which makes it even better to drink.

I mean literally the management spends time and money to do this perfectly, that's one of the main reason customer loving our bar, it's has the killer bomb effect while drinking your cold beer. Imagine this first mug after a hard day's of work outside under the hot sun. Arghhhhhh... Haussss... I'm thirsty now .. Lol

Did I mention that our beer cans are overnightly store in Chiller Cooler Machine, and even a busy night we will store at least 3 hours inside a cooler box filled with ice before serving to customers.

Our Price is one of the cheapest in town , or even may be in the world , tell me if you can find any cheaper than this, don't compare selling in supermarket , I referring to a Bar standard quality.

Anchor Beer, Calrsberg Beer, Tiger Beer all at 320ml can, selling only at RM23nett per set of 4cans. That's like USD5.40 for 4 cans of Cold Beer. Is that awesome or what ?? 😄😄🤣🤣

I been to Siem Reap Cambodia, where bars are selling 50cents per mug local beer, but all the bars are using room temperature Mugs not ice chilled. 🤣🤣

Our top bar food is also a hit among the locals, it is diffrent than the usual. World has changed, time has changed , human taste also has upgraded, taste pallet seems to modernize and we lift it up to thier expectations but still paying a moderate price to serve.

This part in our local languange is called PUSAS, or in English is called finger food.

  1. Chillout Chicken Wings
Top top favourite among locals and beer drinkers in the bar, some how it is a must to order every single table in the bar. We used different kind of spice which only among the locals will know, not kfc, not mcdonald spice but more tastier and more Crunchyness.

  2. Chillout Fries
We don't buy or use Frozen Packs of cut fries and just deep fry it, we don't even use potatoes, YES we don't... Chillout Fries is so unique that word of mouth goes around town and even from KL, @bitrocker2020 landed in KK, first thing first immediately goes to the bar and ordered this. We use the Indonesian Tempe, and Yes you heard it, it is Tempe Fries. We spice it with our own recipe and fry it once and leave it for room temperature and recoted it again with a special batter and deep fry it again. It a long process but it is fucking delicious. Customers sometimes can't tell is it a potatoes or what ??? Something... LOL... seriously gaiss.. try it...

  1. Steam Prawns
Who eat steam prawn as finger food, I honestly say Yes there are, as I mention people has changed of taste bud, change of lifestyle, people has a higher expectation to enjoy while they are boozing. Our daily steam prawns are daily catch, not frozen , not kept in freezer , and certainly not bought in bulk. This is a rare menu where people would drop a line or whatapps to book earlier and tables reservarion for thier Happy hours and parties.

There are other menus on the list that peoples favourite such as Hinava Bilis, Hinava Kerang, Fried Bangus (Milk Fish), Fish and Chips too.

I hope people can enjoy Chillout Cafe & Bar as much we like to serve. It is Happy joy moments to share friendship over food and drinks on the tables.
