This trolley bus is so nostalgic it reminds me the older trolleys in Tallinn that no longer drive around. But Tallinn had blue and white ones.
A bit more wall art. This is what it's about: Read more about Free Ales Bialiatski
An apple statue - just looking from the other side of the street.
Lol a red Saab.
This Užupis district is now on the left side of the river.
Seems like lot of red and yellow in Vilnius.
So this district is supposed to be a bohemian district with a lot of artists living and working there. The first sign of art.
Noticed they had shown Estonian movies in one of the buildings, thats cool.
Viimne reliikvia, 02, Nipernaadi, Fred Jüssi. Olemise ilu. I have actually seen all of those movies before already.
This seemed like a centre of this district with a small square that had Christmas tree and Angle statue.
Smaller Rusty Pig statue.
A cannabis store, well looks nice and yellow but didn't go in. Damn Free hemp tea, now I noticed it.
More yellow again here.
Chruch. Must be Vilnius St. Bartholemew the Apostle Church. Just walked by.
More street art on walls.
Really nice older brick style building.
Big metal Cat statue. Why so grumpy? According to an old Užupis legend, this cat helps people overcome their fears.
Created by artist Jonas Geltis, on the initiative of jeweller Viktorija Orkinė...
A wall full of small pictures and text etc. A street for literature.
Ok a weird photo of someones under ground garage. Time to move on.
Thanks for walking with me, in next - part 3 we will explore other parts of beautiful Vilnius.
