Exploring the interior of Vilnius Cathedral - part 3

Second day in Vilnius the plan was to look around and also visit a beautiful Vilnius Cathedral.
I have also part 1 and part 2 from Vilnius Lithuania.
But first some street views from almost the Centre of the city.
Hair salon - pretty funny picture with that man and bush.
A soldier statue on the corner of a building built in. The weather was quite ok for exploring, no rain today.
These stairs connect the street on the previous photo and a higher street on a hillside.
A food street inside courtyard that had many different places to order food. They had also big BBQ ovens outside.
Vilnius University building also super massive and old looking.
Cool details on the building painted and sculpted.

The plan of the University Campus - a lot of buildings.
Vilnius Presidential Palace.
Small shop selling souvenirs aka memento aka tokens.
Small book shop. There were many book shops there. This Virtual Society book got my attention. Will have to find it one day and read if it's good.
A big square in front of the Cathedral now. It had the Christmas tree also set up with massive light thing.
The main facade of the Cathedral with massive pillars.
Super detailed statues also on the facade.
Interior of the big Cathedral. Really beautiful and calm atmosphere in there.
Some lights also make it seem so inviting.
A interesting and colourful setup in one of the corners of the Cathedral.
A lot of Jesus paintings and other kinds of artworks on the walls to look at.
The ceiling is full of patterns and details also.
So much to look at and enjoy.
On one side of the cathedral there was this smaller area that was also looking beautiful and its made for smaller gatherings probably.
I really enjoyed the exploration of this Cathedral and would suggest you to visit it also next time you plan to go to Vilnius.
Thanks for looking around with me, in next part 4 we will explore other parts of Vilnius.
