Now I feel the world is getting older and not okay, plus public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment is no longer being heeded. And I have felt this very much and the difference between 10 years ago and now is clear. For example, in Indonesia, entering September, October, November and December is the rainy season or it can be said that these months are the peak of high rainfall in Indonesia, even for areas that are prone to flooding, they usually have to be prepared to be on standby so that if the flood comes suddenly, there are not too many victims, both lives and property.

But what is happening now? I feel that in this rainy month the weather is very hot and the wind that blows is very dry. The heat is really very hot and can even reach 36 degrees Celsius and that is without any wind at all. So if our bodies really have weak immune systems in conditions like this, it will be very easy to get sick. And after that suddenly the sky was cloudy and rain like a storm appeared and caused flooding.

Okay and when I show you these photos is when I went with my wife to the foot of Mount Sinabung last Sunday when the weather was very hot. the trip from my house to the foot of Mount Sinabung is about 1.5 hours by motorbike. And my main purpose of coming to this place is to refresh because in my city it is very hot. and even though Mount Sinabung is classified as an active Mount Merapi, many tourists come to this place.

And I came to the foot of Mount Sinabung not only to breathe fresh air but I also visited several places that besides having beautiful views also to increase my knowledge and satisfy my curiosity. Because when I stopped at one point under the foot of Mount Sinabung, I saw a Coffee Plantation owned by residents and I had never seen it directly in my city. I thought the coffee beans were fragrant but not so because the coffee beans will only produce a distinctive aroma and taste after being processed, I think like vanilla and pandan which already smell fragrant before being processed.

In addition to coffee, some fields also implement an intercropping system or plant more than one type of plant on their land. The goal is not only to divert bees and other insects but also to utilize the existing land because in this land, what is usually planted are annual plants and plants with a short life span or 3 months such as vegetables that are only harvested once.
And this is my simple journey to be able to breathe fresh, quality air and enjoy the scenery that is not in my city with beautiful scenery and has not been contaminated by the many constructions of hotels, factories and permanent cafes in this place. Hopefully in the future this place can survive from the many capitalists who want to build projects in this place and pollute the environment here, so that I can continue to enjoy this scenery without having to spend a lot of money. Greetings from tomidiwirja, Indonesia
