De antemano decirles que para poder traerles esta publicacion, tuve que esperar un tiempo porque el proceso este es largo, y para tomar cada foto hubo que tener paciencia, bueno lo primero que se fue haciendo es el desarme completo de carro, cosa que por cierto es muy tediosa, porque este proceso se hace con mucho cuidado para no dañar partes y piezas que puedan comprometer el trabajo, una vez desarmado, el chapistero se dispone a rectificar el chasis, a quitarle partes dañadas, a resoldar, y ajustar para el nuevo motor que le será acoplado al auto, posteriorme se acopla el motor y se rectifican posiciones, vibraciones y seguridad del mismo,

Cuando ya se rectifico todo lo que a chasis y motor se refiere, pues comienzan los trabajos de carroceria, aquí el tema fue para largo, porque recuerden que estos autos son viejos, por lo que hubo que hubo que reemplazar partes que estaban muy dañadas, lijar, dar masilla, pulir, dar colores de aparejo y base y luego de esto queda en un depósito a espera de ser montado nuevamente.

Luego que esta la carroceria montada encima del chasis, llega una etapa en la que el auto va agarrando lo que será la vida del mismo, se vuelve a rectificar pinturas base, si posee imperfecciones y comienza la pintura a interiores, y carroceria en general, ya cuando comienza esta etapa vamos viendo que lo entro al taller no se parece en nada a la belleza que esta por salir, esto es lo mas emocionante porque ya el dueño del auto va viendo el trabajo casi finalizado. Es valido decirles que yo, en mi ignorancia del tema pensé que el proceso de pintura era algo fácil, pero estaba muy equivocado, y por cierto debes conocer las pistolas de pintura, el tipo de pintura, se debe hacer en lugares cerrados donde no entren las impurezas que pueden dañar el proceso de acabado de la pintura.

Cuando todo está terminado, en un período de dos meses de trabajo intenso llaman al dueño para darle la bienvenida a la nave que daldra del taller, y a uno le entra como ansiedad por ver el resultado final de tanto esfuerzo. Y ahí les va como quedo esta maravilla.
