Called to be his holy people

This verse is a brotherly greeting wishing that God's grace be with them filling them with peace, communion with father and son.
Paul addresses this opportunity to all those who have followed him to Rome brothers in the faith, believers who have received the holy call; according to the definition refers to those who have been separated or set apart for God.
But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” 1 Peter 1:15-16
