When ordering coffee, what modifications, if any, do you request?

Last week I went with my youngest daughter and grandchildren to Caracas/Capital of Venezuela to do some shopping, when we left we stopped at a gas station to get gas.
On the way out we noticed by an illustrative sign that there was a place where we could eat something, we were hungry and did not want to get home tired to cook, so we thought it was wonderful to eat there.

We ordered smoked steak burgers with yellow cheese, tomato and lettuce, which were very good and we could add any sauce we liked, plus a portion of fries for the kids and soft drinks.
 

After lunch, we could not leave without tasting the coffee of this new place that we were getting to know by chance, without planning it, which pleased us very much.

We ordered two large lattes, the girl who served us did not take long to bring them, they looked good, but when I tasted it I immediately felt that the taste was not what I expected and so I let the girl know (my daughter was upset with me for being so sincere), I told her that the coffee besides being cold did not taste like coffee, it had a lot of milk.

The girl was very sorry, but at the same time she thanked me so that it would not happen again with another customer, I asked her to please prepare me a stronger and hotter coffee.

After a while she came back with two delicious hot and frothy coffees, the change was really radical; later my daughter also thanked me.

I particularly like a light black coffee or a simple latte after lunch, however for a snack with any snack I really like cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla, whipped cream, syrups, etc., etc..., so at that moment I would ask the waiter to please add some of that.
 

We canceled the bill and went home happy and content for that nice place we knew where we could taste an exquisite coffee.

I think that in any place where we have a coffee, we should be able to make constructive criticism of any fault that arises, so we can all always enjoy a good and delicious friend as is "THE COFFEE".
