Is Punk's Injuries for real or Just part of the Storyline?

So as it stands, it seems CM punk is hurt again. Over a year ago in all elite wrestling(AEW), CM punk tore his left tricep and was out for a very long time. 9 months to be be precise. If you watched the wwe royal rumble this past week, you noticed Cody Rhodes easily throw CM punk over the Top rope, defeating him and becoming this year's royal rumble winner.

Before Cody Rhodes, eliminating CM punk, drew McIntyre, hit a future shock DDT on CM punk, which ended him up with a tear to his right tricep.

Now from the way it went, experienced Wrestlers and fans would tell you that Drewy boy(Drew McIntyre) delivered the move flawlessly.

At the moment, Doctors have estimated CM punk to be out for 4 to 6 months with this current Injuries. but just like prior to this injury in aew he was out for over 9 months. It takes a very lengthy recovery time for that kind of injury. So he by no means faked that announcement as part of the storyline to Wrestlemania. Bro is seriously injured.

We can assume that this could possibly be anywhere from 9 to 12 months for CM punk.
