MY ON THE JOB TRAINING EXPERIENCE AT SERENITY BEACH RESORT

Hello Readers,

I hope you’re having a good day. Today, I’m excited to share with you my experience as an On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) at one of the most remarkable resorts in Tabogon. It was an adventure filled with learning, fun, and unforgettable memories.

• When I first arrived at the resort, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking beauty of the place. Nestled along the pristine coastline, with crystal-clear waters and lush greenery all around, the resort was like a hidden paradise. The serene atmosphere and the welcoming smiles of the staff made me feel at home right away.

As an OJT, I was given the opportunity to work in various departments, each offering a unique glimpse into the workings of the hospitality industry. Our first assignment was making a swan using a towel. It was fun and at the same time challenging.
This is me and my classmate Archie. Both of us including three others are tasked to arrange the bed and clean the entire room. in this picture you can see me and him making a swan out of a towel first thing you need to do is you find the center of the towel then put your fingers on it and slowly roll the upper left and right corner of the towel to make the swan sounds simple but truth is its very complicated .

After cleaning the room me and my other classmates gathered and took a picture for our documentation.
After finishing our individual tasks, we decided to go to the stairs and admire the beautiful view of the sea. Mesmerized by the scenery, Archie decided to take some pictures as a remembrance.

I've learned a lot during our OJT and gained insights into how challenging life can be as a housekeeper. But as the saying goes, "Walang tiyaga, walang nilaga" (Without perseverance, there is no reward).
