Same day all over again. My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2023

Another day same as before.

Wake up, stretch, balance, core... try to wake up son. Breakfast. Try again to wake up son. Walk the dog. Try again to wake up son.

Teenagers are hard to wake up!

But it was bright and sunny so enjoy the morning.

A little chilly again. No surprise in late fall but again cold and sun vs rain. I'll take the cool.

Now you may wonder why I would take a picture of a dog doing his business.

I had to tell the story. My dog for some awful reason love doing his business on a steep but small hill. A stupid slope that gets very slippery so I think he is trying to kill me every morning. Frost and morning dew on a steep grassy slope mean I'm always at risk of falling whenever I clean up after him.

Today he went to do his thing.... he slipped and fell over. Hahaha served him right for trying to kill me every morning.

The Geese are still there munching grass even though it's getting cold.

The nature paths are still beautiful and littered with leaves.

And I got 18k steps exactly the same as yesterday.

Not exciting

Well except for watching the dog trip :)
