Desfile de las flores, mayo 2024 / Flower Parade, May 2024

Feliz semana sobre todo a esta comunidad #needleworkmonday hoy les voy a compartir, unos trajes que hice y use en Mayo, que se celebra el mes de las flores en el pueblo donde vivo y el último fin de semana del mes realizan un desfile para celebrar, es ya una tradición que tiene 40 años
	Happy week especially to this community #needleworkmonday today I'm going to share with you some outfits that I made and wore in May, which is the month of flowers in the town where I live and the last weekend of the month they hold a parade to celebrate, it's already a tradition that's 40 years old.

A pesar de ser un evento con tanta historia, es la primera vez que asisto, y decidí que iría con una vestimenta particular, bueno mi mamá y mi hija fueron parte de este plan también, encontré dos vestidos negros y les cosí flores tejidas, flores que tejí y mi amiga Rossana me colaboro con otro tanto, a mi hija, le busque un pantalón y una camisa verde y también le cosí flores tejidas, mi amiga Rossana nos acompañó el día del desfile con un hermoso tocado que ella hizo para la ocasión.
	Despite being an event with so much history, it is the first time I attend, and I decided that I would go with a particular outfit, well my mother and my daughter were part of this plan too, I found two black dresses and I sewed crochet flowers on them, flowers that I crochet and my friend @dehiloycrochet Rossana helped me with several flowers, for my daughter, I found a pair of pants and a green shirt and I also sewed crochet flowers on them, my friend Rossana accompanied us on the day of the parade with a beautiful headdress she made for the occasion.

A pesar de ser un evento con tanta historia, es la primera vez que asisto, y decidí que iría con una vestimenta particular, bueno mi mamá y mi hija fueron parte de este plan también, encontré dos vestidos negros y les cosí flores tejidas, flores que tejí y mi amiga Rossana me colaboro con otro tanto, a mi hija, le busque un pantalón y una camisa verde y también le cosí flores tejidas, mi amiga Rossana nos acompañó el día del desfile con un hermoso tocado que ella hizo para la ocasión.

Quería lograr un impacto visual, por eso los gorros nos tapaban la cara y tenían grandes flores, al menos el de mi mama y el mío, el de mi hija tenía muchas flores, pero igual le tapaba la cara, ya que lo que buscaba era llamar la atención, y es muy curioso cuando la cara está cubierta, desde adentro si lo colocamos bien era muy fácil ver. Para esta publicación me hubiese gustado mostrar las fotos del proceso de elaboración de todas las piezas, pero mi teléfono se dañó y esas fotos no las recupere, por ese motivo solo le muestro aquí fotos del día del desfile
	I wanted to achieve a visual impact, that's why the hats covered our faces and had big flowers, at least my mother's and mine, my daughter's had a lot of flowers, but it still covered her face, since what I wanted was to draw attention, and it's very curious when the face is covered, from the inside if we put it on well it was very easy to see. For this post I would liked to show you the photos of the process of making all the pieces, but my phone was damaged and I didn't recover those photos, for that reason I only show you here photos from the day of the parade

Quería lograr un impacto visual, por eso los gorros nos tapaban la cara y tenían grandes flores, al menos el de mi mama y el mío, el de mi hija tenía muchas flores, pero igual le tapaba la cara, ya que lo que buscaba era llamar la atención, y es muy curioso cuando la cara está cubierta, desde adentro si lo colocamos bien era muy fácil ver. Por otro lado les cuento que las carrozas que participan son realizadas por personas de la comunidad y la mayoría utiliza materiales de reúso, como botellas de plástico, cratones de huevo, cartones de papel higiénico entre otros, ya que no cuentan con presupuesto para realizarlas es puro amor al arte, y no por esto dejan de ser impresionantes, ya que casi todas tenían movimientos, luces, una tenía unos caballitos de mar que soplaban burbujas de jabón, súper lindo y para los niños fue un espectáculo muy lindo
	On the other hand, I tell you that the floats that participate are made by people from the community and most of them use reused materials, such as plastic bottles, egg cartons, toilet paper cartons, among others, since they do not have the budget to make them, it is pure love of art, and this does not stop them from being impressive, since almost all of them had movements, lights, one had some seahorses that blew soap bubbles, super cute and for the children it was a very nice show.
