Hello dear blockchain diary, hello all of you out there, whoever likes to read my blog right now. If, like me, you prefer coffee, cake and beautiful surroundings and are perhaps planning to travel to Koh Phangan, then you might be interested in my little digital treat. Because today it's about.... Food! More precisely, sweets!

When I was strolling through the main district of Thong Sala on July 15 this year (2024) and after a while I got a coffee craving, I spontaneously stopped at "Indigo". I'd never been here before. But it looked very inviting from the outside. The Indigo has an indoor area, an outdoor area and an upper floor, but I didn't visit the latter.

I went into the café briefly to see what was on offer. But there were a hell of a lot of people, families and tourists having brunch inside. As it was still empty outside when I arrived, I took the opportunity to sit down and take photos of the surroundings.

The waiter, who was very polite, arrived after a short time. The staff were very attentive and a member of staff was on hand as soon as a guest looked around.

I simply ordered an iced espresso (this is served here like a kind of latte on ice). I also chose a Madaleine and a matcha cookie covered in white chocolate.

The prices are a little on the high side, but it's worth it. It's a lovely place and a great advice if you are looking for a café spot on Koh Phangan. But now let's check the photos.

It was well worth taking a break here.

I enjoyed my iced Thai-style espresso, paid and continued on my way through the small streets of Thong Sala. I hope you were able to enjoy my coffee break digitally.

Mal einen tiefen Schluck nehmen...

Hallo liebes Blockchain Tagebuch, hallöchen ihr da draußen, wer auchh immer meinen Blog lesen mag. Falls du wie ich Kaffee, Kuchen und eine schöne Umgebung bevorzugst und eventuell noch planst nach Koh Phangan zu reisen, dann könnte dich mein kleines digitales Schmankerl interessieren. Denn heute geht es um.... Essen! Genauer gesagt, Süßes!

Als ich am 15. Juli diesen Jahres (2024) durch den Hauptbezirk Thong Sala schlenderte und mich nach einiger Zeit der Kaffee-Durst heimsuchte, kehrte ich spontan in das "Indigo" ein. Ich war noch nie hier. Doch es sah sehr einladend von außen aus. Das Indigo hat einen Drinnenbereich, einen Bereich, welcher draußen ist und eine obere Etage, doch diese habe ich mir nicht angesehen.

Ich habe mich kurz in das Café begeben, um zu schauen was es schönes gibt. Doch drinnen saßen verdammt viele Leute, Familien und Touristen beim Brunchen. Da es, als ich ankam, draußen noch leer war, nutze ich die Chance mich dort niederzulassen und die Umgebung zu fotografieren.

Der Kellner, welcher sehr höflich war, kam nach kurzer Zeit. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam gewesen, bei einem suchenden Blick eines Gastes war schon ein Mitarbeiter zur Stelle.

Ich bestellte schlichtweg einen Iced-Espresso (dieser wird hier wie eine Art Milchkaffee auf Eis serviert). Dazu wählte ich eine Madaleine und ein Matcha Gebäck mit weißer Schokolade überzogen.

Die Preise sind zwar etwas gehoben, doch lohnen tut es sich. Es ist ein schöner Ort und ein guter Tipp, wenn man ein Café auf Koh Phangan sucht, welchhes gut ist. Aber jetzt lasst uns die Fotos anschauen.

Man erkennt hier die Liebe zum Detail. Selbst beim Waschbecken.

Ich nahm erstmal Platz und wartete auf meinen Kaffee und die süßen Leckereien.

Und schwubsdiwubs, da sind sie schon. Hmmmmm, lasst uns genießen...

Ich genoss noch meinen eisgekühlten Espresso auf Thai Style, bezahlte und zog weiter durch die kleinen Straßen in Thong Sala. Ich hoffe ihr konntet meine Kaffeepause digital mitgenießen.
