How I make Custom Software for different Businesses with help of my colleague

Usually I am a web designer and work on SEO increasing, but I have also many other activities as my hobbies, like photography, reading books, writing articles, Facebook marketing and with these hobbies I also started working on making custom software for different businesses.
Like in the picture below, we made this software for a school where they can put their data for all of their students and employees or teachers etc.

In the software, they can make exam announcement and can submit results, if they want.

Similarly, they can arrange all data for student portal and teachers(check photos below, you will understand then.
