Feliz inicio de fin de semana para todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien y que la estén pasando genial, por mi parte estoy de maravilla, pues hoy fue un día muy especial ya que Chris tenía dos semanas invitándome a comer a un sitio el cual él aseguraba me encantaría mucho, por tiempo, trabajo, responsabilidades, etc. No habíamos podido ir hasta que un día él me lo propuso mientras estábamos haciendo diligencias, aunque no estábamos bien vestidos por así decirlo accedí, se le notaba la emoción por llevarme a este sitio desde hace días y no quise seguir pausando sus ganas de traerme, una vez llegando me iba explicando más sobre el lugar, aunque solo me dijo que era en un hotel, comida árabe y el último piso, ya con eso entendí por donde iba su emoción ya que justamente estaba cayendo el atardecer, subimos por el ascensor y cuando llegamos no podía creer que existiera un restaurante así en la Isla!

We had not been able to go until one day he proposed it to me while we were running errands, although we were not well dressed so to speak I agreed, I could see his excitement to take me to this place for days and I did not want to continue pausing his desire to bring me, Once we arrived he was explaining me more about the place, although he only told me that it was in a hotel, Arabic food and the top floor, and with that I understood where his excitement was going because the sunset was just falling, we went up the elevator and when we arrived I could not believe that there was a restaurant like this on the island!

El restaurante se llama "Damasco Food Margarita" donde se sienten muy orgullosos de preparar comida típica de Siria, este lugar es muy popular por la combinación de la buena comida árabe y lo hermoso de los atardeceres!

Como pudieron leer este restaurante es de comida árabe así que nos pedimos un plato árabe mixto tradicional más la promoción de 2 shawarmas mixtos por 5$, de hecho por esta promoción es que Chris descubrió el lugar. Todo estaba super sabroso, sobre todo combinar los sabores con un rico pan árabe, lo único que realmente jamás me ha gustado, o bueno, mejor dicho, que aún no le he agarrado el gusto es a la berenjena en cualquier presentación, en este caso nos trajeron una salsa de berenjena la cual es tradicional en este tipo de lugares, estaba rica sí, pero no me gusto mucho así que fue lo que menos comí, del resto la comida es muy exquisita.

Everything was super tasty, especially combining the flavors with a rich Arabic bread, the only thing that I have never really liked, or rather, I have not yet caught the taste is the eggplant in any presentation, in this case they brought us an eggplant sauce which is traditional in this type of places, it was rich yes, but I did not like it very much so it was the least I ate, the rest of the food is very delicious.

No sé si se me notaba la alegría en el rostro en ese momento, espero que Chris la haya notado porque estaba más que feliz, justo en frente de nosotros teníamos esta vista hermosa de toda Porlamar con un precioso atardecer naranja apoderándose del cielo, los que me conocen muy bien saben que amo con locura admirar atardeceres, así que el traerme a este lugar fue una excelente idea por parte de Chris, disfrute de la rica comida árabe y de una vista panorámica increíble 🧡.
