IS Encounter REALLY A Solution OR A Coverup ?

Well encounter is one of those things which is pretty much a very common activity with PC nowadays but is it really a solution to the problem it has been stated as a solution to?

The thing is that it is one of those activities which is kept no records about White was done and what real reason was behind doing so and the decision taken to do that is also not accountable that much which it should be as it is involving a killing of any person and it is involving the life and that of any human being let it be a criminal but it involves death.

 
Will the statement that the authorities the police authorities state by doing any encounter is that the situation was going out of control and V in self-defense did retaliated to the actions undertaken by the criminal and that ended up in an encounter.

 

Because of all of this no proper commissioner no proper investigation is done on this basis because this is involving someone who is in authority and is given permission to do if the situation goes out of control and that is a given authority to kill someone.

 

There is nothing wrong about the rule that has been made but the rule is being used useless League as well as it is being misused at many instances we can see that.

 
Whenever a Gangster is made of any kind of criminal that person is made up with a lot of contacts which are very much high profile and can be very much devastating if those contacts are revealed in public and therefore these Encounters are mostly done by the people who made the these Gangsters.

As a result number of people are getting death penalty is which they might have not even existed or deserved there should be having a decision panel about their death for leaving certificate which should be given in the court not by any other people who is sitting outside the court or anyone in the authority because they are not having the decisions they are not giving the call of anything but they are doing all of that because of the orders from the high profile names which might get rebuild if that person lives who got caught.
