Збір порічки / Collection of red currants (UA-EN)

Ну от і настав час збору порічки. Ягоди достигли і починають осипатися. Набравши тари, іду до кущів для збору врожаю, але перед тим сфотографувавши.

Well, the time has come to collect red currants. The berries have ripened and are beginning to fall off. Having collected the containers, I go to the bushes for harvesting, but before that I take a picture.

Цього року було багато сонця і ягідки дуже солодкі, тому більша частина врожаю пропадає в роті )

This year there was a lot of sun and the berries are very sweet, so most of the harvest is lost in the mouth)

Хоча у нас на ділянці є всього три кущі червоної смородини, але їх цілком вистачає, аби поїсти в сезон, бо на варення все ж таки більше йде чорна смородина.

Although we have only three red currant bushes on our plot, they are quite enough to eat during the season, because more black currants are used for jam.

Ну трохи врожаю є. Але з нього більша частина піде на інший смаколик - вареники з червоною порічкою. Але то вже буде інша кулінарна історія, якою обов'язково з вами поділюся.

Well, there is some harvest. But most of it will go to another delicacy - dumplings with red currant. But that will be another culinary story, which I will definitely share with you.
