Afternoon everyone….

Today is Independence Day here in the United States, better known as the 4th of July. Independence Day, known colloquially as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States which commemorates the ratification of the Declaration of Independence by the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, establishing the United States of America. Independence Day.

In honor of Independence Day, I’m going to share what I think is the coolest one ounce silver flag bar I’ve ever seen. It’s done by the Sunshine Mint. Who if you are unaware produce all of the silver blanks for the United States Mint Silver Eagles. Yes that mint!!!

A while back I bought five of these on eBay while they were running a deal. It was many years ago when deals in silver were frequent and premiums were very low. It was probably $.29-$.49 over spot deal.

Anyhow….

This bar appears like the flag is blowing in the wind. I’ve gifted out all but one of these bars which I kept for myself. I believe that I sent @silversaver888 one years ago. I’ve also given them to friends kids as gifts.
