Meet Max, my 12-year-old genius child who was always interested, loved to study, and was constantly looking for solutions. Max stopped by his school one day to visit his teacher and spend some time with the kids. It was evening when I finished the work I needed to do and, out of concern that I would forget to pick him up, I drove down to where he was. When I arrived without anyone noticing, Max was absorbed in a conversation with his teacher.
Max: Uncle, I was sitting there as you tried to make some phone calls. I witnessed how difficult it was for you to make a call with your faulty phone, and you stuck with it until you got what you wanted.
Teacher: Max, I can't even list all the difficulties I have with this device.
Max: Sir, At the first sign of provocation, why didn't you smash it on the floor?
Teacher: it's so useful that I can't!
Max: Whoa, you mean you can slap your wife when angry with her, but can't destroy your Android device due to its value? It's clear that you don't respect your wife, who is the mother of your kids, Uncle It's not about being upset; rather, it's about how much you value her and how you can control your rage so that it doesn't do her any harm or conflict.

Although it can be a good reaction, an uncontrolled human emotion that can range from moderate emotion to strong rage can have detrimental effects.
Understand your triggers, which can mostly be fear, worry, annoyance, or even thoughts of unfairness. Then, come up with ways to deal with or manage them. Make sure you remain composed before making furious decisions because those decisions don't work out in the end. Silence and a quiet prayer to God to improve my current state of mind are what work best for me. Although I often feel cheated because I didn't get to express how I felt, I secretly feel better about keeping my feelings to myself because two wrongs can't make right.
Consider transforming that angry feeling into a constructive result or potential solution by taking a deep breath, exercising, or going for a walk in the middle of the quiet. The same rage that is used to attack a situation is also utilized to find a solution; the same problem, different results, and a different degree of self-control are all justified. All things considered, instead of using your anger to destroy or harm others, direct it toward problems that require resolution. Then, get to work and see your inner star shine brightest.
