The Availability And General Usage Of Digital Technology

Introduction

Just like normal day where I usually check out for creative video and designs on the internet, I came across a old video advert. This advert was introduced some years back and it was basically for a noodles/pasta company. It was easy to recognize the product because I was quite conversant with the ads.

A particular scene caught my attention, when the ads showed the noodles in water. At first, I asked myself how come I didn't think about such creativity back then, when I first watched the ads ?.

Making a video of the noodles while in water was something that only professionals literally knows how to do, because that's their area of specialization.

As at 10-15 years back, photography and videography was made for specific people, as we often go to them to get a picture of ourselves. Literally, it's not as if we can't take this photos, but the digital devices where pretty expensive then.

The possession of this quality digital devices as at that time really favoured certain people, which enabled them to earn income from the digital skill and device they've acquired.

Changes

But in recent time, photography and videography has literally become everyone's work, as that creativity is generally seen among those who possesses digital device.

Digital camera can no longer speak for themselves, as smartphones are now taking the lead in the field of photography and videography.

Upcoming and top video content creators basically rely on phones for making skips or other forms of videos.

The introduction of smartphones has being able to transform the digital world, where users can literally do anything that other devices can do.

If you ask me, I would say that smartphones are giving other digital device a hard time, in exception of laptops, but we are basically discussing about this devices in relation with photography and videography.

Surprisely in my country, the price of a single shot of a photograph has increased drastically over the years. Aside the issue of inflation, people barely use the studio for taking photographs, instead, they use their smartphones.

Vast Creativity

With the availability and general usage of digital technology, we've being able to see vast creativity among users, especially when it comes to photography.

Several designs and shots are currently all over the internet, which was not possible few years back. But the introduction and advancement of this devices has brought more creativity.

Outside photography and videography, graphic designers are also making good names for themselves as smartphones can now smoothly run graphics works.

Major Concern

Though, the introduction of more advanced digital device has really brought out more creativity to the world, but it has also affect certain aspect of photography and videography.

Due to the availability of smartphones, local photographers are now beginning to experience customer loss, since everyone can now have a clear photo shoot all by themselves. This has in some way affected the photography industry.

Though, it has affected some people, but it is literally part of evolution, and this evolution is part of digital evolution.

Technology has to advance so that the world can move from a less comfort zone to a more comfort area. Basically, not everyone would want to pack up several clothes, driving down to a photography studio.

The availability and general usage of digital technology is to provide devices that would provide more comforts than the previous.

My Opinion And Conclusion.

The world seems to be moving around like a cycle. Everything we see today are basically an upgrade of the things in the past. Photography and videography are now general acts that almost everyone can do, as far as the important digital tools are present.
