Fundamental Rights: The Pillars of Equality and Freedom
0 comments
Human rights are such a normal thing and a fundamental freedom and protection which everyone should have. It does not matter whether you are rich or poor or where you live or whatever you do; the right is the same for everyone, which is safety, freedom to speak, and education. Everyone should be treated fairly; who doesn't matter? If you are poor, rich, or don't have money, you should be treated equally. More than this, all this is normal in that there is freedom, and it comes under human rights because human rights are the most important thing to date.
So today I would like to tell you about all these human rights, freedom, protection of speech, and all these things because all these are very important things, and I would like to tell you that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was created by the U.D.H.R. in 1948. A global standard of how people should be treated and how to change over time and social movements. New technology, environmental issues, and community movements should be done properly, and today's people fight for just a normal tradition. Freedom of speech, equality, digital privacy, and environment protection, and then because of unfair treatment, this is a big challenge of the 21st century. Which should be addressed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They are doing this for themselves in every way.
So the first rule of human rights should be the basic freedom to speak. Speech is such a thing that you cannot be stopped from speaking, or you say that you cannot speak. All this used to happen in earlier times, but now a new law has been made so that you can exercise the freedom to speak properly. You can express yourself. You can speak your religion freely. You can freely express your rights and protect them, and if someone is doing something wrong, you get all this freedom against him. From the government and through the government.
Second comes justice and environmental rights. Environmental day crises have become very common these days, which can reduce environmental rights to a great extent. But when there is the right, clean water, healthy weather, and a healthy environment, they are fundamental rights that we all should follow, due to which our environment is also clean. We people should get all this, which is a big problem of climate change, which we get, and we should not get it. What will happen to us due to this is that it will be protected. Both human population and ecosystem.
And the biggest and the most important topic these days, the right to education is something that we all should have. It does not matter whether you are poor or rich; whatever you are, you should always have an education. You should be educated so that you can have the right to decide which leader you want or which party you want. You will have the right over this. If you are educated, you will be able to earn, and if you get an education from a good place, then you will grow in the future, and with your protest, there will be economic growth, and with economic growth, there will be growth in earth economy as well. That is why the right to education is one of the most important things in this world.
Right to Religion Sometimes it happens that if a person belongs to a different religion, he will be isolated or he will not get that much respect in society. Tell me about the different relations; nowadays, in many places, like India, Muslims do not get this, and in many places, Hindus do not get this. Most of the questions are not given. There are different problems in different places, but the right to religion is a basic thing that everybody should have, and the right to religion is one thing that if you belong to any religion, you are still a human being; it is a facial challenge to participate in all this.
It happens in many places where girls do not get such women's support or opportunities because they come under unequal opportunities. Like, everyone believes that boys are more dominant, but that is wrong. Both are equal, and both can do it. If you are an example. Then Sunita Williams went to space. She and a boy were with her. That means you were equal; that is why they said it. This is not the right side. That is why there are campaigns in many places these days. Where a lot is told about the rights of girls and the girls – that if anything like this happens to you anywhere, then you should complain to us; we will give you this; we will help you – so, sir, such campaigns are being seen these days.
