I really need your love and support which encourages me to make more blogs which gives all of you new information about healthcare, homesteading,etc. Today, I'm gonna share some basic information about "Essential Oils" which you must know about it before use.

What are Essential Oils?

An essential oils are basically oils which are extracted from the plants. they are highly volatile that's why it is also know as aetheroleum, ethereal oils. They are concentrated hydrophobic liquids extracted from the plants. Most of the essential oils are obtained by the process of (low pressure steam distillation). It is done for all kinds of aromatic plants, which has mind blowing scent and also used for "Aromatherapy".

Why Essential Oils Are Important For Us?

They are not edible only for external purposes. You can apply it for treating mouth problems, skin problems, hair problems etc. By applying small amount of essential oils approximately 2-3 drops with carrier oils like coconut etc, mix it and apply it where ever you want.

But before applying any remedy or essential oils you have to clean that particular area or part for application. So, that it can work properly on your skin.

For applying any kind of essential oils you need carrier oil as a base oil. Carrier oils includes coconut oil, Coconut oil,rosehip oil, argan oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil, apricot oil, jojoba oil etc.

There are so many types of essential oils available in the market you can buy it from any near grocery shop or can buy it online of any good and organic brand.
