Years and years passed by, It was no one who even remembers the place. The ancient locals of the Kullu valley knew about the stories of the place but everything just got forgotten as the years passed by.
Julley Everyone,
A beautiful day out here Beyond the Solang Village of Manali around 15Km away from Manali Town here we were on our way to the Patasu Peak Summit. But a thought came into my mind that why not explore the whole region of the paradise and capture its beauty by almost capturing each and every single point of the Hike.
So did we. It was truly a magical place guys as the name of the Peak Depicted "Patalsu Peak" That represented the whole world right from starting the hike form the river that flows at the bottom of the foot step of the peak at solang village of that hiking the 9KM Steep mountain stretch that almost at every single point changed the whole vegetation that to changing the colours of life.
The point where I was about to begin the story was this. Just right beyond the ancient natural tea gardens of the Patalsu Peak that I wrote about in my previous post. We came across this beautiful magical campsite point called Shagadugh. Named by the ancient Gaddis "Shepherds " of the place who used to gaze their Sheep during the summers as during winters the whole place used to get under a thick blanket of snow.
It was truly a perfect Spot to camp on. Just right at the Middle of two forests the one below consisting the heavy natural tea gardens and right at the top of us were the last trees and beyond that started the non Tropical Zone. Where the trees and vegetation did not grow.
Through the feet and feet long grass the trail was quite narrow. As seen in the picture about. At certain points we even had to make our way through the grassy bushy trail and reach the top of the summit.
Just right in front of the was the mighty Rohtang Pass Peak and just right behind it was the Heavenly Lahul and Spiti Valley of the Himalayas. The Higher Himalayas closer to Tibet.
After walking for a while what we saw in fornt of us was this dreamy lush green meadows which were slowly changing its colour as there were just few days left of the fall season when the grass would turn yellow and then red and brown and will get burnt out due to the freezing temperature and the whole place would get covered under a thick blanket of snow the place then would not less than look like a white heavenly paradise.
No one at the place except us.
There was not even a single person that we met till not at the place.
I capturing every single moment so that even you guys could get the true picture of the same and experience the unseen Himalayas. Even it was my first time exploring such hidden places and share it with you guys.
I had thought to go towards a different direction of the meadows but as the place seemed like even to the eyes it was nearly a huge vast area and reaching at the other corner would nearly take an hours hike that to through the grass which at certain points was even taller than us. So the best decision that I took was to walk through the ancient trail and at that place even the gras was not that tall.
So thats all for today guys. I hope you liked it.
Thanks for your precious time.🙏
Love from the Himalayas.❤️
