Why can't most Filipino's ever mind their own business?

I'm not ranting but just curious. I'm pretty sure Philippines is not the only country that has people minding other peoples business but as a Filipino myself this is probably most rampant here than any. I mean I see it everywhere and all of the time.

I'm guilty of this myself but honestly I only do what others do to me. I'm not the type of person who minds other peoples businesses all of the time, but because people seems to always mind my business then I try to mind with their businesses too.

The most funny thing there is that, they mind other peoples businesses all of the time but when other people mind their businesses they'll get angry. So why get angry when you do it all the time to others right?

I just can't seem to understand such people. I mean, don't they have anything better else to do? It seems like it's been deeply rooted in the filipino culture and daily life. I feel like their day is not complete without minding other peoples business. It's like their form of intertainment maybe? hmmmm

Honestly I'd rather play a game or research on how to get more money thank talking about other people. They waste their time minding other poeples business all of the time then complain about how their lives are not improving no matter how hard they work or make a living. I'd rather waste my time thinking what my next blog would be than doing that. That's the part that I really don't understand. So if you guys can give out your opinions then I would really appreciate that. I grew up in a poor family but we never did that kind of stuff. We were always busy with our livelihoods that we don't have time for that. That is why I'm so curous, when I grew up and started to notice people doing that. It became to a point where they are telling me that they more about me than I know myself 🤣. So this got me wondering why are most filipinos like that?

But before I finish this blog. I wanted to find a bright side of that very toxic filipino culture. According to esquire magazine, that very toxic filipino culture is also one of the reasons why there are almost no serial killers here in the philippines.

“It’s hard to be a serial killer in a country where everyone is so nosy,” an Anonymous user said. User Yeruchii added, “You will be busted even before you make a move, don’t you think?”

That comment had me cracking. It's sad but quite funny at the same time. I'm pretty sure if a filipino is reading this, they will also laugh as hard as I did. Man that was priceless.
